Product
Our Handmade shell round trinkets, are made from Australian soft textured Stoneware Clay. Each piece is cut, shaped and hand formed within our studio, pressed with a shell detail.
The surface of each piece is hand–brushed with a non toxic matt white glaze to create an earthy washed tone. Our ceramics are fired to a high temperate making each piece strong and durable.
All of our ceramics are hand made in our Sunshine Coast studio, from Australian Clay Bodies.

Packaging
These pieces will be packaged in small boxes, wrapped in eco wrap surrounded by eco–friendly packaging peanuts to ensure they will arrive safely. All of our packaging is 100 % bio–degradable where possible and wrapped with care and love.
Caring for your ceramics
All our ceramics are hand–made in our Sunshine Coast studio, Australia. Variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour & glaze, making each piece unique and one– of –a –kind, and tells the story of the hands that created it. We recommend hand washing our products.

Our warehouse staff is extremely skilled and will package your goods in accordance to our precise and exact specifications. Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be securely packaged before being shipped. We deliver to thousands of customers each day from multiple countries. This demonstrates our dedication to becoming the largest online retailer on the planet. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a specific processing period based on the individual item.
Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely due to the fact that several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that your order will become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original package.
