Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We deliver to hundreds of thousands of customers daily across different countries. We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
